How the session runs

A simple, unhurried format

Pre-session notes

You send us a rough sketch of your current morning. Five minutes of writing, no template required.

Live 60 minutes

We meet online or in our Helsinki studio and redraw your first hour together on paper.

Written ritual

You receive a short, printable morning ritual within two business days.

Two-week check

Optional 30-minute review so we can adjust anything that did not survive contact with real life.
